RESERVATIONS

Appointments are highly recommended.  All appointment times require credit card hold.

ARRIVAL TIME

Arriving late may limit the length of your service. In order to stay on time, we may have to shorten your appointment so our next guest will not experience delays. For spa appointments, please plan on arriving a minimum of 15 minutes before your appointment so you can relax in our sanctuary before treatment begins.

CANCELLATION POLICY & CREDIT CARDS

All reservations require a credit card on file. A 24-hour cancellation or change notice is required to avoid being charged 50% of your service price. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may also prevent you from pre-booking reservations in the future.

CELL PHONES AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES

We kindly request that phones be silenced, set to vibrate or be turned off to ensure that all our guests receive the relaxing experience we strive to provide.

CONSULTATIONS

All services begin with a thorough consultation—the most important part of the experience. We make every effort to listen and discuss exactly what our guests are expecting. As wishes are discussed, we ask our guests to voice any issues, concerns, allergies or medical conditions—we’re here for you and want you to be 100% satisfied.

Our service providers will also offer product recommendations, as well as discuss routine maintenance. Before the service is performed, stylists will discuss the process as well as the products that will be used. We will do our best to give accurate pricing and timing predictions on color changes and corrections. Please understand some service requests will take multiple visits.

RETURN POLICY

All Aveda product returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. All sales are final on electrical styling equipment, travel-size products.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your results, please contact us within 48 hours and we will book a complimentary adjustment within seven days of your appointment.

GRATUITY

Gratuities are not included in our prices for salon or spa services. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payments in the form of cash or credit/debit cards at the time of checkout.

GROUPS

Salon del Sol is pleased to host group events. Many events, including birthday parties, bridal parties, and social gatherings, can be organized for your group. Please contact the store manager to set up your next event. Group cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours notification.

FOR YOUR COMFORT

We request you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications you are taking, as they may have adverse reactions or side effects to certain techniques or treatments. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.

GUEST SAFETY & CHILDREN

We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all our guests. We kindly ask that children do not accompany you to the salon or spa unless they are scheduled for an appointment. Children under the age of 12 are NOT permitted in the spa.

PERSONAL ARTICLES

Salon del Sol is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items or items left behind. Please keep all valuable items with you during your appointment. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the provided robe or smock.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks.
