Salon del Sol offers four different stylist levels based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Whatever stylist level you seek, you’ll enjoy superior service with Salon del Sol.
MASTER DESIGNER LEVEL
Our most experienced stylists. They have achieved advanced certifications in color, cut and style.
Accomplished professionals. They have learned refined techniques and have made a commitment to continue their education.
Carefully chosen stylists, whose salon experience and talent are growing through education.
Beginning stylists. They have passed the state boards for cosmetology and have assisted a master stylist for a minimum of three months.

Appointments are recommended. As a courtesy, we make confirmation calls by phone, text and/or e-mail.
We require a credit card for all new appointments or appointments with 2 or more services, groups and lessons. The only time you may be charged is if you cancel within 24 hours or a no-show to the appointment. In this case, the charge may equal the service total.
We greatly appreciate your punctuality. If you are tardy, please keep in mind that your arrival time may determine the length of your service as arriving late can negatively affect guests with appointments after yours. Please plan on arriving a minimum of 5 minutes before your salon service time. For our spa guests we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service so you may change and relax in our sanctuary before treatment begins.
We appreciate a 24-hour notice for single services. Multiple service cancellations may result in a charge equal to the value of the reservation. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you can contact guest services at any location.
We live in world where technology permeates everything. We ask you to take this time to relax and silence your phone. If you find it necessary to use your phone, we ask that you talk on your phone outside the salon and spa areas. If you take a call, please recognize that your service may be ended or shortened at the service provider’s discretion.
We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all our guests. We kindly ask that children do not accompany you to the salon or spa unless they are scheduled for an appointment. Children under the age of 12 are NOT permitted in the spa.
Salon del Sol gift cards may be used at any of our locations. Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination. Please note gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. However, gift cards are transferable.
All product returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase, and only with original receipt. All sales are final on electrical styling equipment, makeup, travel-size products and gift cards.
COLOR/CUT GUARANTY POLICY
Salon del Sol is committed to complete guest satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, we ask that you contact us within 48-hours. Our guarantee includes a complimentary adjustment or color correction consulation, which MUST be performed within 7 DAYS of original appointment. Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis at a corporate level and only after a guest has returned to store for a color adjustment or consulation.
Gratuities are not included in our service prices. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payments in the form of cash, check, or credit/debit cards at the time of checkout.
Salon del Sol is pleased to host group events. Many events, including birthday parties, bridal parties, and social gatherings, can be organized for your group.
We regret we cannot be responsible for damage or loss of personal articles. Please keep all valuable items with you during your appointment. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the provided robe or smock.

We request you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications you are taking, as they may have adverse reactions or side effects to certain techniques or treatments. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.
